Junior Camp 2025 and Sponsored Walk
JUNIORS CAMP AGES 8 TO 12
We will be taking 35 young people aged 8 to 12 plus 5 older young leaders to Hindleap Warren for our regular summer camp. We hope to offer an alternative activity later in the year for our seniors aged 13+
The cost will be £140 per child which includes accommodation, travel, food and activities. We do not have the funds to subsidise costs or offer free places – but we would like to give everyone an opportunity to raise the necessary funds through our sponsored walk on Saturday 15th March or other fundraising events such as CCYS Got Talent Show on Sunday 6th April. Details will follow.
Your child’s place will be secured with a deposit of £20 and we can collect payments in cash or direct to our bank account Crawley Community Youth Service Limited sort code 40-11-65 account 80032999 with the reference “CAMP25” and your surname.
If you wish to pay by cash instalments, then we will keep track of payments made.
Please complete and return the attached consent and medical form for this year’s Summer Camp at Hindleap Warren which offers a fantastic range of opportunities. Our provisional programme for the residential includes a range of activities such as: night games, abseiling, canoeing, low ropes, and bouldering.
